FUMO URGES SENATORS
TO REJECT BLOOM NOMINATION TO PUC
HARRISBURG,
May 2, 2000 -- State Senator Vincent J. Fumo (D-Philadelphia) today
sent the attached letter to his fellow state senators, outlining his
reasons for opposing the renomination of Robert K. Bloom to the PUC.
Senator Fumo has been a litigant during recent years in several cases
involving utility competition.
